About
I am a nonprofit executive with extensive experience leading mission-driven organizations, scaling programs, and building teams that create lasting social impact. Since 2015, I have served as Executive Director (CEO) of Christ in the City, a national Catholic nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity to people experiencing homelessness through a relational approach to service.
In this role, I lead the strategic direction, organizational growth, and national expansion of the organization.
My work includes building high-performing teams, forming partnerships with churches and community leaders, strengthening fundraising and development efforts, and ensuring that programs deliver measurable impact while remaining deeply rooted in the organization’s mission.
Earlier in my career, I served as Superior General (Chief Executive Officer equivalent) of an international Catholic society of apostolic life present in multiple countries across the Americas and Europe.
Previously, I was General Coordinator (Chief Executive Officer equivalent) of the Christian Life Movement, an international ecclesial movement that promotes Christian formation, community life, and service. Over nearly a decade of leadership, I helped expand initiatives focused on strengthening families, promoting a culture of life, and mobilizing lay leaders in apostolic work across different regions of the world.
My professional focus centers on people-centered leadership, organizational growth, and mission-driven strategy, with a strong emphasis on developing leaders and building teams that create lasting impact in their communities.
